Simple and good!
2 C flour (like Bob’s Red Mill wheat from Oregon)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 C sugar (cane sugar is good)
Mix that
4 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond
2 eggs
1/4 C butte
Mix that by hand but not too much – keep it lumpy.
I often take some and put it on a pizza stone – makes it thin like a biscotti!
Bake at 375
